How do I find my driver at the airport?

How far in advance should I book?

Book online up to 12 hours before pickup. For last-minute requests:

  • Bodrum: Book via WhatsApp/phone up to 1 hour before pickup.
  • Other regions: Book up to 2 hours before pickup.
What payment methods do you accept?

Secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, Wise, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or local bank transfer. Pay the remaining balance in cash to your driver.

Is the 20% deposit refundable?

The deposit is non-refundable but deducted from your total fare. Pay the remaining balance on the day of travel.

Can I book for someone else?

Absolutely! Provide the passenger’s name, flight details, and contact information during booking.

  • 30% voucher: Cancellations 6–12 hours before pickup.
  • No refund: Cancellations within 6 hours or no-shows.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

We track flights in real-time! No extra fees for delays. After landing, enjoy 60 minutes of free waiting time. For major delays or cancellations, contact our 24/7 support team immediately.

Can I change my pickup location or time after booking?

Yes! Free changes can be made up to 12 hours in advance via phone, email, or live chat. Later changes depend on availability.
